FinansKariyer publishes independent, plain-English guides to the professional certifications that shape careers in finance and accounting: CFA, ACCA, FRM, CPA and CMA.

Why this site exists

Information about these credentials is scattered across awarding bodies, tuition providers and forums. Much of it is written to sell a course. Our aim is simpler: to show what each certification costs, how its exams work and which careers it genuinely helps, so you can decide before spending money or study hours.

Who is behind FinansKariyer

FinansKariyer is edited by Nurkan Aydoğan, who spent more than 20 years in banking in roles including customer service, foreign trade, IT projects, business analysis and testing. He later founded AYD Media, which runs a network of personal finance websites. That mix of banking and publishing experience shapes how these guides are written: practical, focused on real job requirements and careful with numbers.

How we research and update guides

• Fees, exam windows and eligibility rules are checked against the awarding body's official pages, and each guide links to them.
• Every guide shows a "last updated" date, and fee pages show when figures were last checked.
• When an awarding body announces a change, affected guides are revised.
• Corrections from readers are reviewed and, if confirmed, applied quickly.

FinansKariyer is not affiliated with CFA Institute, ACCA, GARP, IMA, AICPA or NASBA. The site is funded by display advertising served by Google. Advertising does not influence what we write or which certification we recommend for a given career.
